Before leaving for Europe, I focused on getting in shape with Pure Barre and Pink Barre, a local Atlanta barre class. I LOVE both studios, but I know before the holidays I really need to step it up and incorporate a cardio workout as well as clean eating plan with the lean muscle building provided by barre classes. With this perfect Fall weather starting, why wait for January 1st to start a new goal? It's a great time to get outside and start some jogging. The holidays always bring so many joyous occasions, and it's always wise to get one step ahead of those Thanksgiving pies and Christmas cookies!
